My name is Chaz. I'm a photographer from Sarasota, Florida — a market where the competition is fierce, the standards are high, and agents won't book you twice if your work isn't exceptional. That environment shaped the way I shoot.
I got into real estate photography not because it was the easiest path, but because I saw how much a great image could move someone. Photography, to me, has always been about making people feel something — and a well-shot home does exactly that. It makes a buyer stop scrolling. It makes them want to be there.
When I came to Northeastern Pennsylvania, I saw a gap that didn't need to exist. Beautiful homes being undersold by mediocre photos. I'm not here to be just another photographer on a booking platform. I'm here to be the person agents call when they want their listing to actually stand out.
